State Minister Aiwanger visits German Centre Shanghai

On November 4th the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger visited the German Centre Shanghai accompanied by a delegation of 60 CEOs of Bavarian companies. After having lunch at Hai Life, the restaurant located at the heart of the German Centre, the delegation attended a panel discussion at the conference centre.

In the so called Munich Room Christian Sommer (CEO & Chairman at German Centre Shanghai) hosted the panel discussion. Daniel Berger (Partner at EAC-International Consulting), Jan Deichmann (General Manager at DELO Industrial Adhesives), Ralph Koppitz (Chief Representative / Partner at Taylor Wessing Shanghai) and Xiao Wen (Managing Director at G-U Trading (Shanghai)) discussed recent topics about doing business in China as a German company and answered question from the audience. At the end of the discussion, Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger thanked the panellists for sharing their perspectives and also held a brief speech talking about his impressions in China.
