A Day at the German Centre Shanghai

Students and young professionals from Oldenburg, working in trading companies focused on Sino-German trade, spent a full day at the German Centre Shanghai.

In the morning, they were warmly welcomed by Xinyu Wang, General Manager at Piller Blowers & Compressors Shanghai and Hao Pan, Managing Director at Piller Blowers & Compressors Taicang as well as to Chris Huang, Director Greater China at JPcontagi, for an exclusive job shadowing experience.

After a revitalizing lunch featuring the German Centre’s signature Currywurst, the group met with Peter Hergemoeller, Head of Marketing and Communications, who delivered an insightful presentation on the role of the German Centre Shanghai in Sino-German economic cooperation. This was followed by an engaging Q&A session.
